What Making America Healthy really looks like...

I was MAHA'ing before MAHA was cool. 

 For 28 entire years, I have been intimately aware of exactly what Americans put on their bodies every single day. I have been reading labels with a magnifying glass for 28 years. 

I have literally been on the brink of giving up entirely. I have been so close to succumbing to the bigger companies with more financial backing moving into my space. I have almost thrown in the towel on trying to educate people about the thousands of ingredients that are causing infertility, thyroid disease, migraines, eczema, hidradenitis suppurativa (HS), and this list is endless.

And yes, I am asserting that infertility and thyroid disease can be linked to your skincare. But proof of this is literally being wiped off the internet. 

I've seen my search results massively change, even on actual scientific databases. When you're searching for the exact same chemicals to check up on studies every couple of years, it's really obvious that facts and data are changing and disappearing. 

What can I do?

The answer is simple and complicated.

It's as simple as never buying any skincare from a grocery store, a Walgreens, or even Sephora.
